We are Enloyd! We continuously improve our recruitment process to provide clients with solutions that meet their needs, using the most advanced tools. We conduct a recruitment from the entry-level, through specialized and managerial positions, to middle and senior management roles — mainly white-collar positions.

B2B Értékesítő / Business Development Manager

Work model: hybrid

Employment form: employment contract

Office location: Budapest, Aradi u. 8-10

 

Apply if:

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written),
  • You have experience in acquiring global contracts (not necessarily in the field of recruitment),
  • You know how to build long-term business relationships.
  • You combine your communicative skills with the ability to cooperate at all levels of the organization.
  • You are passionate about sales and strive to achieve results.
  • You have excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in cooperation with new investors, e.g., in the real estate industry
  • English language certification
  • Knowledge of another European language

 

As a Business Development Manager:

  • You build an international sales and recruitment department together with the Recruitment Manager,
  • You acquire business clients from Europe,
  • You recognize and define Client needs and advise on proposed solutions,
  • You maintain relationships with current Clients,
  • You promote the company's products and services,
  • You represent the company at conferences and other industry events (in Poland and abroad),
  • You conduct negotiations.
