What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for handling all administrative tasks related to sea shipments – you’ll keep our operations running smoothly from start to finish.
- Stay in touch with customers, shipping companies, subcontractors, our internal teams, and international partner offices – communication is key!
- Take care of outgoing invoices and check the incoming ones – your attention to detail keeps everything on track.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, making sure every client feels valued and supported throughout their shipment journey.
- Prepare shipment statements and handle any complaints that come up – your problem-solving skills will shine here.

What You'll Need
- Some background in sea freight forwarding—if you’ve done it before, you’ll hit the ground running!
- Confident English skills (written and spoken) – most of our systems and communication are in English.
- Solid user skills in MS 365 applications.
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Great communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
