Our prestigous international partner is expanding its team. Having more than 60 properties in their portfolio across Hungary, the goal is to expand further in the food-service industry. The main goal of this position is to coordinate the expansion of restaurants and maintaining competitiveness in the market.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Applying your experience and knowledge in industry-related real estate to review, refine, and keep the existing restaurant development map up-to-date.
- Conducting regular market analyses and observations: real estate market, financial market, economic and social trends, legislative trends and changes — and keeping all relevant market information current.
- Actively seeking new location opportunities and conducting preliminary investigations (site analysis) for these locations.
- Coordinating feasibility studies, Heads of Terms (HoT), and approvals from management (team) and ownership for selected locations.
- Fully managing the development process for selected locations until contract signing, and providing assistance as needed to the Investment Department colleagues until the restaurant opening day.
- Precisely planning the expected investment, schedules, and restaurant performance, including the impacts on our existing restaurants, and timely sharing of information with relevant on-site approval committees.
- Negotiating and approving lease agreements.
- Maintaining relationships with development partners and conducting negotiations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in economics or commerce.
- Confident and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, handling large data sets).
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Category B driver's license.
- Good conflict resolution skills, ability to handle stress.
- Negotiation skills.
- Project-oriented mindset and time management.
