We are looking for a new team member for our global forwarding partner:
Key Account Manager – Freight Forwarding – Air & Sea

Responsibilities:
· Business development of air and sea freight services, continuous expansion of the client base,
· Maintaining active contact with existing customers, both in person, by phone and by e-mail,
· Monitoring the traffic of the existing clients and expanding it
· Monitoring and actively participating in the tenders launched by customers
· Maintaining the fees, participating in operational discussions concerning your customers,
· Handling any complaints, involving the Quality department if necessary,
· Following market trends, industry changes,
· Completing the administrative tasks in a timely manner,
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of external sales experience in logistics/shipping,
· Fluency in English,
· You have active business relationships,
· You are characterized by a service-focused and income-oriented sales approach
· You have excellent communication and presentation skills, proactivity
· Category B driver's license,
· Willingness to travel, both domestically and abroad.
