Your Responsibilities
Drive Brand Growth and Market Success
- Support the development and execution of local brand strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, consumer understanding, and competitive evaluation.
- Contribute to long-term brand equity building while delivering short-term business results.
Lead Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead product innovation and product launch projects from concept to market execution.
- Coordinate portfolio development initiatives, packaging adaptations, and communication activities.
- Work closely with creative, media, research, and activation agencies to ensure excellent execution.
Transform Data into Actionable Insights
- Analyze market, sales, consumer, and brand performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven decision making to influence strategic business recommendations.
- Work with syndicated market research and retail data sources.
Manage Cross-Functional Projects
- Coordinate projects across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and international stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and present recommendations and business cases to local and regional leadership teams.
- Support junior team members and interns through informal mentoring and professional guidance.
What We Are Looking For
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- At least 2 years of Brand Manager experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management, innovation, and product launches.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively bring new ideas to the business.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident English presentation skills, including presenting business cases to senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantages
- Experience working with Nielsen or similar market research databases.
- Ability to analyze and interpret raw market data independently.
- Experience within multinational FMCG organizations.
- Previous exposure to categories such as confectionery, snacks, biscuits, beverages, dairy, personal care, household products, or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience gained at companies such as Mondelēz, Coca-Cola, Danone, Heineken, Reckitt, Borsodi, Unilever, L'Oréal, or similar FMCG organizations.
- Experience supporting junior colleagues, trainees, or interns from a professional perspective.
